Data you provide directly
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, email address and the content of your message. Submission requires your explicit consent via the form’s GDPR agreement checkbox.
Data collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs limited technical data for security and stability purposes, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and timestamps. This is a legitimate interest necessary to keep the site secure and functioning.

4. Retention periods
- Contact form enquiries: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. to establish or defend a legal claim).
- Technical/security server logs: kept for a maximum of 12 months.
- Cookie consent preferences: kept until you withdraw or update them, or for a maximum of 12 months, after which your preference is requested again.
5. Recipients & international transfers
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be accessed by:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on infrastructure located in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, meaning transfers to it are recognised as offering a level of protection equivalent to the EU/EEA.
- WPForms, the form software that processes contact-form submissions on our behalf as a data processor, under its own data processing terms.
- Public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
No other third parties currently receive personal data collected through this site.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Italian Data Protection Code, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Request restriction of processing;
